Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy was first described by a French Physician Michael Pistor in 1952. In 1987, French Academy of Medicine recognized Mesotherapy as part of traditional medicine.

Mesotherapy is the practice of using micro-injections of vitamins, minerals, medications & amino acids just underneath the surface of the skin. Mesotherapy has been recognized as the latest breakthrough for rejuvenation of the face & neck, cellulite reduction/spot weight reduction (injection lipolysis), and hair regrowth.

FAQ's

    • HairFall: Telogen effluvium, Androgenetic Alopecia

Face: Facial rejuvenation (wrinkles + Firming) Facial pigmentation e.g. melasma

  • How many sittings are required?
    • Fat Reduction/Weight Loss: Usually 2 to 4 treatments (injections) are required at intervals of 2 to 4 weeks. Depending on the problem area, the number of procedures could increase. Because mesotherapy treatments for weight loss do not produce drastic changes, it is generally recommended for patients who require a little fat reduction in specific areas, as with body contouring.

Cellulite Reduction: Approximately 3 to 4 treatments are necessary at intervals of 3 to 4 weeks. While cellulite treatment is the least effective of the mesotherapy options, it is nonetheless successful in dealing with mild degrees of cellulite.

Facial Rejuvenation (also known as Mesoglow and Mesolift): 4 treatments are required at 2 to 3 week intervals. It is one of the most popular mesotherapy treatments, as satisfied patients notice a substantial improvement in their facial appearance.

Hair Fall: Minimum 8-12 sittings are required, initially fortnightly and then monthly. After completing 8-12 sittings, one sitting ever two months or 3 months may be required to maintain the results.

  • What are Mesotherapy's anti-aging and skin rejuvenation uses?
    • Subdermal vitamin injections rejuvenate the cells, making them more active, and thereby stimulating the production of collagen and elastin. You can begin anti-aging treatments in your mid twenties to prevent wrinkles from forming. Treatments for the face, neck, arms and hands are recommended several times each year.
